Information we collect

When you contact us, request an estimate, schedule an appointment, or receive services, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, service address, vehicle or project details, appointment and service history, and the contents of communications you send us. For texting, we also keep consent preferences, opt-out requests, and message records needed to manage those preferences. Our website hosting and communications providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, delivery logs, and device or browser information, to operate and protect their services.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to questions, prepare estimates, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate about work in progress or pickup, provide customer support, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Providing a phone number or purchasing a service does not by itself enroll you in recurring text messages or marketing.

Mobile information and sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent your mobile information. Your texting consent is specific to Black Optix Tint – Spring and does not authorize other locations, affiliates, or vendors to market to you.

Retention and protection

We retain customer information as needed to provide services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We may keep limited consent and suppression records to honor opt-out requests. We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect customer information, but no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information by text.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may decline texting and contact us by phone or email instead. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment or service order.

Other websites and updates

Links to other websites are governed by their own privacy policies. We may update this notice and will revise the effective date when we do. A policy update does not replace any new consent required for a different messaging purpose.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Black Optix Tint – Spring Customer Service

Our SMS/MMS program covers customer-service conversations, requested estimates, appointment scheduling and reminders, service-status updates, pickup notifications, and follow-up support. This program does not include promotional offers or marketing campaigns.

Consent

You can opt in using our service-text signup form. We record your name, number, affirmative consent, the wording accepted, and the submission time. The form does not send a confirmation text or verify ownership of your number.

We send customer-service texts with your consent and within the scope of your request. If you initiate a text conversation, we may reply about that inquiry; this does not subscribe you to unrelated recurring messages. Consent to recurring service messages must be provided separately. Texting is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and services. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may also ask us to stop by phone or email. To resume messages, contact us and provide new consent.

Delivery and number changes

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please tell us if you change or give up your mobile number. Texting is not an emergency service.
